Ksenia advises clients on all aspects of strategic communications and reputation management, including brand positioning and elevation, fundraising support, new fund and firm launches, complex and high-profile M&A transactions, and exit and investment activity. She has particular experience advising on sensitive and high-stakes special situations, such as corporate or sovereign debt restructurings, creditor and shareholder disputes, litigation and bankruptcies. Prior to joining Greenbrook, Ksenia spent over a decade as a senior markets journalist at Bloomberg News and was a regular commentator on Bloomberg TV. Ksenia holds a BA in History, Literature and the Arts with Honors from Stanford University and an MS in Journalism from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
