Teresa Berezowski

Associate Director

Teresa advises a wide variety of investment firms including hedge funds, activist shareholders, private equity firms, infrastructure, and real estate investors on all aspects of their reputations. She has expertise in communications strategies across shareholder engagement, special situations, and M&A. Teresa is also part of Greenbrook’s dedicated ESG team, supporting clients on their ESG agendas and best practice, and is involved in Greenbrook’s own sustainability efforts. Prior to joining Greenbrook, Teresa held various roles in public administration and diplomacy in Paris, and worked on WAN-IFRA’s World News Media Congress in Washington, D.C. She graduated from the University of Oxford with a dual undergraduate degree in French and Linguistics and speaks five languages.
