James Dean advises clients on all aspects of strategic communications and reputation management. With particular strength in corporate narratives, thought leadership and crisis support, James brings an editorial lens to any client situation. His considerable prior newsroom experience informs his strategic understanding. Prior to joining Greenbrook, James spent 15 years as a journalist. In a decade at The Times of London, he served as Chief Business Correspondent, US Business Editor and Technology Correspondent, working from London and New York. He later spent two years as a newsroom executive at Business Insider. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Durham University and a master’s degree in journalism from Brunel University.
