Peter is an experienced boardroom advisor and has spent 20 years advising private and listed companies on a full range of strategic communications campaigns, capital markets, media engagement, M&A situations and crises. He has advised a number of notable private equity firms in relation to transactions, fundraising and issues management. Peter has also led the communications advisory team for multiple high-profile special situations including complex restructurings, corporate administrations, legal disputes and shareholder activism. Peter holds a BA Hons from Bristol Business School.
